b. Recommendation to authorize the Finance Director to execute the risk insurance
program renewal for the year beginning December 1, 2024, in the amount of
$1,072,210.
c. Recommendation to accept the financial and other reports for the fiscal year
ending April 30, 2024, including the Annual Comprehensive Financial
Report, Board Communication, TIF Compliance Reports, Single Audit Report and
Sales Tax Bond Compliance Report.
d. Recommendation to approve an Ordinance terminating the Designation
of the St. Charles Mall Redevelopment Project Area of the City of St.
Charles as a Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area, and
Dissolving the Special Tax Increment Allocation Fund for Said
Redevelopment Project Area.
e. Recommendation to approve a Resolution Supporting a 12-Year Extension of the
First Street Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Project and Plan.
